Take a look at this interactive map provided by the Red Cross: Earthquake in Haiti As you can see, none of their aid has gone to Northern Haiti to the people we will be assisting. Population maps I have seen over the last two weeks, however, have clearly shown that earthquake refugees have headed up to Cap Haitien, Labadee and Northern Haiti in massive numbers.
